One way you can lose weight without exercising is by storing fewer calories.

You can just eat less of everything you are eating now. This will decrease the number of calories you eat.

The problem with this is that you might start feeling hungry. And it’s important that you can keep up your weight loss routine.

That’s why it’s better to change the foods you are eating.

You can consume 50 grams of sugar which are about 190 calories. Or you can eat 570 grams of broccoli which are also 190 calories.

You can already guess which one makes you feel fuller. Consume fewer calories but do it with foods that make you feel good.

Hormones play a big role

The food you eat also influences which hormones your body releases.

For example, there is a hormone called insulin. Some foods like sugar and other carbohydrates cause a raise in insulin levels.

The problem is that insulin puts your body into fat-storing mode.

This is one of the reasons low carb diets are popular for weight loss.

In generally processed foods will mess up your hormones a lot more than whole foods. If it looks like it is made in a plant you should avoid it.

Don’t eat for an extended period of time

Another very effective way to lose weight without exercising is… not eating.

Now before you randomly start skipping meals you need to know that you can do not-eating in a wrong way.

Losing weight by fasting is extremely powerful when done right.

Not only because you are consuming fewer calories than usual. It also stabilizes your hormones and helps your body repair itself.

Sleep yourself slimmer

Sleep is extremely important for losing weight. Sleep will stabilize your hormones, it will help you build muscle and other reasons make it so you can’t go without.

It’s not enough to sleep 7-9 hours each night. Quantity isn’t everything. You need quality sleep too.

Losing weight without exercising is possible

Burning a few pounds off without having to sweat in the gym is completely possible. Just don’t forget that exercising will make it easier and provides all kinds of other health benefits.
